The Buying Process  ‘register as applicant link’

Move.. EA will process all your requirements and match suitable properties matching that criteria.  Once you have received the details you can arrange viewings on those desired properties.  Viewings are arranged at suitable times for both parties.  It is advisable to have your finances in place before you go out and view properties.  ‘Move.. Once you have found the ideal property and you have agreed a price to purchase it you must inform your financier and solicitor.  They will be able to get things going on both fronts so that you can be ready to exchange contracts as soon as possible.  ‘Move.. EA’ can help you find the right solicitor to act for you.  It is advisable to use a solicitor that is local to the area that you are purchasing in. 

Once all necessary paperwork and finances are satisfied we can go to exchange contracts.  This will require you signing the paperwork and providing deposit funds to your solicitor (usually 10%).  Once you have exchanged contracts a suitable completion date will be agreed for both parties.
