Once you have decided to offer your property to potential purchasers we will organise a suitable time for us set up marketing tools.  From one visit Move..EA will measure and photograph to present the property in the media, quickly, professionally and efficiently.

www.moveea.com is the website your property details are found as well as search engines rightmove.co.uk, findaproperty.co.uk, look4aproperty.com & dezrez.com.   These websites will have all the details on your property including measurements and photos.

A solicitor will be required to handle the legal aspect of selling a property.  It is advisable to instruct one immediately so they can collect the necessary documentation.  ‘Move..EA’ can help you do this, just click on the link to get a quote.

Once you have received a copy of your property details and have signed the necessary paperwork we will unleash your property details onto our different waves of advertising.  A ‘for sale’ board will be erected to advertise your home. It will be placed on the various websites and the local paper.

Viewings will be arranged at suitable times for both parties and can be accompanied if necessary.  Keys can also be left with us and a member of our team will ALWAYS accompany key access appointments.

As soon as we receive an offer we will notify you both verbally and in writing.

Once a sale price has been agreed we will prepare a memo with details of both parties legal representatives.  We will advise you and negotiate on your behalf throughout this process and keep you informed every step of the way.

During the transaction, solicitors will require various forms of paperwork from you such as fixtures and fittings, title deeds so that they can send out draft contracts to purchasers solicitors.  Other forms may include lease details and service charges details but only in the case of leasehold properties.  Purchaser’s solicitors will raise enquiries and they will also carry out searches on your property.  Once all enquiries and paperwork are satisfied they will exchange contracts and set a completion date suitable for all parties concerned.  This process will naturally be required if you are purchasing on so you may require financial advice.  ‘Move..FS’ can help you every step of the way, just click the link for more information.

If you need help on the ‘Buying process’ just click on the link.
